What are the two PCG Partner routes?
Referral Partners introduce suitable property owners to PCG. Service Partners perform approved cleaning, maintenance, repair, installation or specialist assignments. The two routes use different agreements and payment rules.
Who can become a Referral Partner?
Suitable estate agents, property consultants, introducers, relocation professionals and estate agencies can apply. Referrals are voluntary and there is no default minimum referral target or continuing promotion obligation.
Can a Referral Partner negotiate or sign a contract for PCG?
No. Pricing, acceptance, service commitments and contractual authority remain with PCG. A partner may help prepare owner information and facilitate electronic signing, but the owner signs the PCG agreement personally.
Can an owner sign in person on an agent’s tablet?
Yes. The intended Partner Portal flow can support in-person electronic signing on an approved device. The agent facilitates the process; they do not sign or accept the agreement on PCG’s behalf.
When does a referral become referral-fee eligible?
The precise trigger depends on the signed Partner Agreement. In general, the qualifying client agreement or service must be completed, the relevant owner payment must have cleared and any applicable cancellation or refund condition must have passed.
Can an agency track referrals from several agents?
Yes. Agency Partners can attribute each introduction to the relevant internal agent while keeping consolidated reporting and referral-fee visibility at agency level.
Who can become a Service Partner?
Independent cleaners, cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, handymen, installers, painters, builders, interior designers, gardeners, pool specialists, locksmiths and other suitable autónomos or companies can be reviewed for the network.
Does becoming a Service Partner make me a PCG employee?
No. Service Partners remain independent providers responsible for their own business status, tax, insurance, qualifications, licences, tools and professional compliance.
Are Service Partners guaranteed jobs?
No. Approval to the network does not guarantee hours, assignments or a minimum volume of work. Jobs are offered according to service need, location, availability, suitability and agreed terms.
How are Service Partners paid?
Each approved assignment has an agreed scope and rate or job value. Once the required completion conditions are met and the assignment is validated, earnings move into the applicable PCG payout cycle.
Is the Partner Network exclusive?
Not by default. Any exclusivity or special commercial arrangement would need to be expressly agreed in writing.
Which areas does PCG cover?
Pineapple Costa Group focuses on the Costa del Sol, across the Málaga to Sotogrande corridor.
